Elizabeth supports the team by setting up and running the systems and back-end processes that keep Heichet functioning daily. On a project basis, she supports the Heichet team in fulfilling client-identified performance and growth objectives.

Having 10+ years of experience in administration, operations, and human resources in the mining and construction industry and not-for-profit sector, Elizabeth brings a ton of energy perspective and knowledge of the processes that keep an organization functioning efficiently on a day-to-day basis. Elizabeth is passionate about the construction sector, from accounting and finance to human resources and operations experience gained from working in the mining sector. She understands the effective and efficient management of resources needed to keep everyone going, accountable, and profitable.
In the last seven years, Elizabeth has effectively managed the estate and operations of the not-for-profit organization Revelation by Grace Ministries International, overseeing personnel, budget, and admin across multiple countries.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and is bilingual in French and English
