Samuel is an inspiring, dedicated visionary committed to serving clients and providing services that meet the needs of business executives and entrepreneurs in the construction industry.

Samuel is a forensic construction claims consultant and a certified project management and risk management professional with over 15 years of experience in construction and extensive knowledge of planning and scheduling focused on construction disputes and advisory (delay and quantum), claims investigation, delay analysis, and claims management. In the last eight years, Samuel has forensically investigated the causes of delays and disruptions of over 100 construction claims and dispute cases from the Atlantic to the Pacific Coast of Canada.

Samuel has advised and supported clients with ongoing construction projects, including reviewing contractor-submitted monthly schedule analyses to ensure compliance with contract requirements, investigating and reviewing submitted contractor variation requests, and advising contract managers on the merits and demerits of submitted contractor claims.

Samuel’s experience covers a wide range of industries and iconic projects with values of up to $15 billion, including natural gas, oil and gas, power, infrastructure, rail, mining, healthcare, and building sectors in Canada and various other jurisdictions. He has worked for both owners and contractors.

Samuel’s experience shows that the initial decisions made by business executives and entrepreneurs in the boardroom cause construction project disputes to occur before signing any contract. Thus, Samuel aims to assist his clients in setting up their projects to avoid disputes and, in the event of one, to resolve any disputes quickly to prevent any adverse impact on the project’s objectives. He advocates for early resolution of claims to avoid escalation to disputes.

This experience and skill, paired with his vision and inspiration, makes his collaboration with owners, contractors, entrepreneurs, and business executives very effective in finding unique solutions for achieving sustainable solutions.
